Brazos Valley Farmers' Market: cornucopia in a parking lot

Each Saturday morning, local producers of vegetables, fruits, preserves, plants, soaps, and crafts congregate the health department parking lot for the Brazos Valley Farmers' Market.


  • Corn, squash, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, beans just hours from the field

  • Speciality soaps

  • Locally grown plants

  • Free-range eggs

  • Preserves and cannned goods, including salsa; candied squash; chow chow; green grape and jalapeƱo jam







This chef prepares traditional and nontraditional preserves.


Handmade soaps with heavenly aroma, including lavender, lavender-peppermint, and grandma's kitchen.

JalapeƱos, banana peppers, tomatoes, watermelon.
